"What are the GB Boxing National Awards?"

 "The Awards are an introduction to the sport of amateur boxing as a game of skill, discipline, respect and self control.  It teaches the importance of a healthy lifestyle and has been designed as a fun recreactional programme for all participants at all levels, ages and abilities."

  

The Awards

The Boxing Tutors will teach the skills required to achieve the first phase of the GB National Award Scheme. The first three Awards are all non-contact.

Each Award is taught by an ABA Qualified Boxing Tutor. You will be taught the skills of amateur boxing, history and rules of the sport, plus the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

The three awards that can be achieved are;

 

   Preliminary        Standard            Bronze

 

 

 

 

  

 

After these awards have been successfully completed participants can go on to achieve a further three awards at Devonport Police Boxing Club in Mount Wise.

 

 

Each student will recieved a student booklet. 

 

 

The Tutors

All the tutor are ABA Qualified Boxing Tutors.
